Thank you for shopping with us! As our t-shirts are custom-made through a print-on-demand process, specially crafted for each order, we have a specific return policy to ensure clarity and fairness. Please read the details below carefully.
Returns for Fulfillment Errors (Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items)
We strive to deliver high-quality products. If your t-shirt arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted due to our fulfillment process, we offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

Eligibility: You must contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

Proof Required: Please provide photographic proof of the issue (e.g., damage, defect, or misprint) when submitting your request.

Process: Email us at info@titanoff-road.net with your order details and proof. We’ll coordinate with our fulfillment partner to issue a refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping: If a return is needed, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label to send the item to our fulfillment center.
Note: Refunds or replacements for damaged/defective items are processed within 30 days, requiring proof of the issue.
No Returns for Customer Errors
Due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of our t-shirts, we do not accept returns or exchanges for issues related to customer error, including:

Ordering the wrong size, color, or design.

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
Each t-shirt is printed specifically for your order and cannot be restocked or resold. We encourage you to carefully review our sizing charts and product details before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit and selection.
Special Note for Giveaways and Entries
If you received a t-shirt as part of a giveaway or promotional entry, the same policy applies. Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or misprinted items caused by fulfillment errors, with proof required within 30 days of delivery. No returns or exchanges are offered for giveaway items due to customer preferences or errors, as these items are custom-produced for the recipient.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or carrier issues:

We’ll notify you and hold the item for 30 days.

You may request to reship the item to a corrected address (additional shipping fees may apply if the error was due to an incorrect address provided).

If no action is taken within 30 days, the item may be donated or disposed of.
